Marisa Lang, BA, LMT, owner of Elemental Massage Therapy

Whether I am providing treatment to someone with an injury or helping someone to relax after a long day of work, I am always rewarded by the fact that I can make a difference in others’ lives.

Massage is truly my passion and I can’t imagine having any other career. I have been practicing massage since 2002 and I was drawn to Hawai’ian Lomi Lomi in 2005. Since then I have studied with several kumu (teacher) healers including an intensive Lomi Lomi training on Hawaii Island. I truly believe that the Hawaiians have a lot to contribute to the healing process. The Hawaiians believe there is a body, mind and spirit connection and this is an integral part of my practice. Whether you have had a physical or emotional trauma, Lomi Lomi is an effective style of body work that can address both bodily and mental injuries. Hawaiian Lomi Lomi is a deeply nurturing massage which incorporates long, broad strokes and stretching and allows me to focus on the body as a whole so that my clients feel blissfully relaxed and have a complete sense of wellness for their body and calmness for their mind.

Colleen Reeves, LE, LMT, Spa Supervisor

Colleen moved back to the PNW after being away for 2 years. Colleen has been an esthetician since early 2016. She graduated from The Salon Professional Academy- Colorado Springs. Her passion started when she was in the Navy and got stationed in the PNW for the very first time. She suffered from cystic acne. She got her very first facial in early 2012 as a gift from her aunt and fell in love with the profession instantly! After getting out of the military and moving with her husband to Colorado, she was finally able to pursue her dreams. She quickly got a job at a high end resort after graduating. She truly believes in education, monthly facials and a great home care routine.

Colleen graduated from Cortiva Institute in Seattle. She believes in healing touch and focuses on relaxing her client to help relax their muscles. She believes you can have a relaxing massage with the pressure you desire (light, medium, deep) and still get that treatment for sore, achy muscles and injuries. Colleen specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Relaxation, Prenatal, Myofacial Massage, and Neuromusclar Massage. Colleen also is able to add on hot stones and aromatherapy to help bring you to that all time relaxing state.

Sara Hartmann, LMT

Sara has a passion for travel and people, growing up with a father in the military took her around to many different states and countries. Of all the places she has been, she says the PNW has absolutely captured her heart and she has spent the majority of her life here. Sara's heart for massage goes all the way back to when she was in high school, she has ran both a spa and chiropractic clinic, but now is happiest being able to offer her clients healing touch. Sara describes her work as combing through her clients muscles and finding out what is going on, she likes to look at how the client moves in their body and do corrective work to help them feel best in their day to day. Sara's clients have told her she has smart hands and a great intuition. She is of the belief that massage doesn’t have to hurt to be effective and enjoys using cupping and stretching to promote muscle health. When Sara isn't at work, she is busy running around hiking trails and discovering new places with her daughter.
